Blue Door Gallery-Mayfest Park Pop-Up

The artists at the Blue Door Gallery are sponsoring a Park Pop-Up event for Mayfest Carrollton on Saturday May 6th, 2023. The pop-up is located at Rome Street Park adjacent to the Blue Door Gallery and can accommodate 2 independent vendor spaces.

SET UP INFO: Saturday May 06, 2023 8:30am. Park in the lot to the rear of the gallery for loading. Two vendor spaces are available on the park lawn area. Each space can accommodate a 10ft x 10ft tent. Electrical outlets are available on site – must bring your own extension cord.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Application deadline is Thursday 5/4 and fee is $20
• Applicants will be emailed the link for payment upon acceptance to the Park Pop-Up.
• Space can be shared with another vendor.
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tent, signage, and set up materials. Tables must not exceed space allotted (10ft. x 10ft.)
• Vendor setup begins 1.5 hours before the start time of the event
• Those arriving later to set up with out giving sufficient notice prior may forfeit their space and may not be permitted to participate that day. 
• Please call 678 416-6140 if you expect to be late so that arrangements can be made to reserve your space.
• Vendors are required to stay until the end of the event. They are not permitted to dismantle their table unless completely sold out or there is a personal emergency.
• There is free street parking however spaces are not guaranteed so come early in case parking may be a challenge.
• Vendors are responsible for any damage incurred to inventory or materials and are advised to carry vendor insurance.
• Blue Door Gallery is not liable for any injury or damages.
• We understand that life happens. So in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel, if given notice at least 24 hours prior to the event we will give you a credit that you may use at our next event.
• We provide the pop up space, event promotion to coincide with a city event to maximize vendor selling opportunities. The outcome of your specific sales is beyond our control. We do believe Pop Up Shops are an amazing way to receive real time feedback about your brand and meet new customers. We can not offer a refund if you do not sell anything.
